Public disclosure of marks and other details of willing non-recomended qualified candidates.

Keeping in view the decision of the Government on making available publically scores of candidates in recruitment examinations through portals with a view to provide a useful database to other employers to enable them to identify good employable candidates, the Board has decided to disclose the following information in respect of the "candidates who appeared in the final stage of Selection but not recommended" arranged in Merit Order wise order through National Career Service portal maintained by Ministry of Labour & Employment:

Name of the candidate, Father’s/Husband’s name, Date of Birth, Category (UR, SC, ST, OBC, EWS, Ex. SM or PwBD), Gender, Educational Qualifications, Marks obtained in the Examination, Maximum mark, Complete Address and E‐mail address in respect of only those candidates, who secured minimum qualifying marks in the respective category (including those not empanelled after Document Verification and not called for Document Verification).

2. The Board has further decided that:

(a) There shall be an “Opt‐out Clause” which shall be applicable for the candidates who qualify for the final stage of the Selection.
(b) Information of such non-recommended candidates, who subscribe to the Disclosure Scheme, shall be hosted on 
“National Career Service” portal maintained by Ministry of Labour & Employment after declaration of final result.
(c) Disclosed information shall be valid for one year from the date of disclosure.

3. Necessary instructions to the candidates about the Disclosure Scheme will be provided in the Employment Notice of all the Examinations covered by this Scheme.

4. Disclaimer: Besides sharing of the information of non‐recommended candidates for the examinations conducted by the Commission, the Commission cannot assume any responsibility or liability for the method and manner in which any information related to candidates who appear at the Commission’s examinations/selections is utilized by other private or public organizations.
